Rm5000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the rm5000 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the rm5000 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all available services — you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all other policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the rm5000 platform. rm5000 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and rm5000 as the platform operator. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the original Malay version, the Malay version shall prevail as the definitive text.

2. Account Creation & Security

To use rm5000's services, you must register a valid user account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts without prior written authorisation from rm5000 is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

You are solely responsible for keeping your rm5000 account username and password confidential. rm5000 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the rm5000 platform. rm5000 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts registered by minors will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be voided.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a registered rm5000 user, you agree to:

Not use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia.
Not attempt to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any technical vulnerabilities within the rm5000 system.
Not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or unauthorised third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
Do not share your account credentials with anyone or allow others to access your account.
Not post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or harassing content through any communication features on the platform.
Not engage in any money laundering activity through your rm5000 account.

Rm5000 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the rm5000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and major Malaysian online banking platforms such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. rm5000 does not accept payments in foreign currencies unless through methods specifically stated on the platform.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. rm5000 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet providers. Withdrawals will be processed to a verified bank account registered in your name only — rm5000 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate wagering requirements. Using a bonus in a manner that does not comply with the stipulated conditions may result in the cancellation of that bonus and any associated winnings. Rm5000 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes or to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures where required. This process is carried out to protect the safety of user funds and ensure transaction transparency.

5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policies

Rm5000 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, software errors, or financial losses resulting from a user's betting decisions. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry the risk of financial loss and accept full responsibility for every betting decision made.

Account Suspension & Closure

Rm5000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account with or without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraud, suspicious activity, or upon request by legal authorities. If an account is closed due to a user's breach of Terms, rm5000 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balances and bonuses in that account.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the rm5000 support team via email. Valid balances will be refunded upon completion of the review process, provided there are no active term violations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rm5000 platform — including logos, layouts, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of rm5000 and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links, Amendments & Applicable Law

Third-Party Links & Services

The rm5000 platform may integrate or display content from third-party providers such as game suppliers, payment processors, and sports data providers. rm5000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Any interaction you have with third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

Amendments to These Terms

Rm5000 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after notification of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the rm5000 platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation within 30 days. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate resolution mechanism under applicable law.
